The Guest Services center is located on the upper level between the food court and Rite Aid.  Guest Services hours are 10am to 9:30pm Monday thru Saturday and 11am to 6 pm on Sunday.  A Guest Services Representative may be reached by phone at 315-446-9159, for inquiries or assistance with Corporate Gift Card Orders contact Jaime Taylor at that number or by fax at 315-445-4893.

Security

     The Security staff is available 24 hours a day and the security office can be located off of food court near the public restrooms.  You may also reach security by calling 315-445-1703.
