The Guest Services center is located on the upper level between the food court and Rite Aid.
Guest Services hours are:
Monday through Friday - 12pm to 9:30pm
Saturday - 10am to 9:30pm
Sunday -11am to 6pm
A Guest Services Representative may be reached by phone at 315-446-9159, for inquiries or assistance with Corporate Gift Card Orders contact Antoinette at that number or by fax at 315-445-4893.
Security
The Security staff is available 24 hours a day and the security office can be located off of food court near the public restrooms. You may also reach security by calling 315-445-1703.
